![]() The advanced physics engine is being designed to provide a very realistic driving experience, including features and aspects of real cars, never seen on any other racing simulator such as tyre flat spots, heat cycles including graining and blistering, very advanced aerodynamic simulation with active movable aerodynamics parts controlled in real time by telemetry input channels, hybrid systems with kers and energy recovery simulation. In conclusion: ALL of the - of AC still in development and gone a be fixed soon or late, only Day Night cicle maybe never comes, and all the - in Pcars never gone a be fixed because the devs works on Pcars 2 and you need to drop another 70 euro to buy a game who must be the first one!īoth games have pros end cons but AC is way better experiance to drive, and dont forget still in development and Kunos needs support not negative posts, one think is report bugs other talking ****s.and for everyone who Loves AC or Pcars enjoy it both if you can and be happy !Īssetto Corsa Competizione small update out nowĪssetto Corsa Competizione v1.9.3 hotfix update OUT NOW!ĪCC PS4/PS5/XB1/XBX/S General DiscussionsĪssetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione, physic mesh missing partĪssetto Corsa Competizione v1.9.2 hotfix update OUT NOW! NO Button Maping, No seat and cam ajustments, Poor AI, No Multiplayer Custom Lobbys, NO DAY/Night change and weather + Amazing FFB, Every car feels differend, Good Laser Scan Tracks, Still in Development, Poor Physics, Unrealistic FFB, Few Laser Scan Tracks, Out of Support by devs + Day/Night time change, weather change, Multiplayer Custom Servers, better visuals, better damage system I have both, I like both: when I want to use a race car, Project Cars is the name. ![]() In my opinion, both are great in your own way and complement each other. But the road cars in AC feels real, predictible, you can feel the road, the tyres fighting to keep it in the track, the work of the suspension, the weight transfer, in other words, an awesome experience. With a wheel it´s better (now I have a G29), but still feels floaty or something like that, I can´t feel the tyre grip, the road, it´s not really good. With a gamepad they react in a horrible way, uncontrolable and not predictible at all. In my opinion, race cars in Project Cars are more predictible. In Project Cars it feels more powerful, awesome braking capability, with an excellent grip and even with TC off, is more controlable than in AC. I think they react more like I expect from a race car. I was reading what you wrote and let me tell you my personal experience with those two games. Steve my man, how are you? I hope you´re fine and healthy. I do end up driving cars and tracks that aren't in AC though as I can just hop in the car in AC and go, so why bother with all that tuning? It'll probably have a lot of replay value as well since it takes me so long to tune the FFB for each car. That said, I got the GOTY Version of PC for $20, so gettig the game and all DLC is totally worth it for $20. A Lot o settings are similar, but I can't just throw a baseline at it and tweak: I have to zero everything out and adjust the variables one at a time to dial it in. ![]() Once I get a car tuned in PC, its fun to hot lap, but the problem is that the moment I want to try another car, I have to go through the 30-45 minute FFB tuning process. ![]() I spent some time fiddling with the FFB settings and ended up almost back at default. If I pop in AC, everything is just right straight off. Once I get a car tunes, I can drive it pretty well, but it still feels like I'm tuning something to my settings. I have spent a bit of time with both and PC doesn't feel right to me unless I spend a good 30-45 minutes refining the FFB on an individual car.
